Robin and Sarah host a calendar of events across the restaurants including drinks masterclasses, Thanksgiving, industry focused Homage evenings at Bottle + Rye, Paddy's Day and a revolving calendar of live music at Darby's.  

Their Blood Shot Supper Club has had a huge impact on the London dining scene. Formulated from an initial discussion between Robin and Nuno Mendes (Chiltern Firehouse), following a lunch at The Dairy, the two chefs agreed that for a capital city with London’s reputation, there was something lacking when it came to choice for the hardworking restaurant and food industry employees. It starts at midnight and is a full on tasting menu from guest chefs, with great music and plenty to drink.

In recent years, their Bloomsday festival at Darby's has attracted great attention and features the of Irish food, drink and music. In 2023, over 2500 attended the festival. 

Away from the restaurants, Robin has also contributed to events and festivals such as Wilderness, Love Supreme, Dan Barber’s WastED, Taste of London, Food on the Edge, Bloomsday in Dublin, Meatopia, PX+ and The Big Feastival.
