Gill Soul Co. is an independent hospitality group by Robin and Sarah Gill that specialises in shaking up the soul of London neighbourhoods through exceptional food, drink and music. Brought together by people with an obsessive approach to sourcing and craft, a collection of restaurants across the UK’s capital that share a focus on fresh, locally-sourced produce and traditional British cooking in a modern light.

Gill Soul Co. currently comprises of a selection of sites located across the UK’s capital, Clapham Italian restaurant Sorella, Darby’s, an oyster bar, bakery and grill in Nine Elms, Rye by the Water, a bakery in Brentford, Bottle & Rye in Brixton which pays homage to the all-day bistros of Paris, Ruben's Reubens a Brixton BBQ residencyand Birch, a lifestyle hotel in Hertfordshire where all the food and drink is led by the terroir, farm and kitchen garden on their doorstep.
